Pilots will be advised of upcoming flight and duty limits. Updated rig advisories are also presented and must be verified.
If your company has purchased additional modules such as Document Manager, you will also be advised of any unread memos or bulletins. Document Manager tracks who has read the documents ensuring that crews are always up to date and current. Managers have one less thing to manage because read compliance is automatically tracked.
Flight Planning

Heli Office handles all aspects of flight planning, calculates all flight parameters and ensures legal compliance. Furthermore, flight plans are permanently stored and can be recalled and printed anytime.
Initiates flight plans ahead of time, complete the details when required, click print and you're done! Once the flight plan is created print it, go back and edit it, view details, you can even create a new flight plan based on a copy of another flight plan. Better yet, if your company uses e-Cockpit® with Heli Office®, your flight plans go with you onboard; no need to print anything.
During Flight
Easily track all your flight details.
If your company uses e-Cockpit® with Heli Office®, then your Flight Report information is captured during the flight. Every operational aspect of your flight is stored and automatically processed after you land. It couldn't be easier!

Furthermore with e-Cockpit® you have live, accurate, up-to-date airport approach plates, dynamic rig approach plates and automatic route guides overlaid on a moving map all tied to JeppView™ by Jeppensen™ Heli Office® also integrates with Skytrac™ on the ground and in the cockpit providing even more automation and features such as in-flight emails and text messages.
Even if you don't use e-Cockpit ® or Skytrac® you can still easily capture all your flight information and quickly create your flight report when you land. All flight reports are based on existing flight plans and are easily generated.
After Flight

Using e-Cockpit® ?
Put the e-Board® back in its docking station and you're done! It's really that simple. All information about the flight is automatically uploaded and processed.
Optionally, the e-Board® can connect via Wi-Fi™ or using a mobile phone (cellular) network so data can be sent from almost anywhere.
Not using e-Cockpit?
Quickly enter duty end time and create a flight report. Heli Office® will calculate air and flight time for the day and advise of any upcoming flight duty restrictions.

Managers can set all duty and flight restrictions; customize user permissions; set e-mail lists for various alerts; set base fleets, aircraft configurations and aircraft flight restrictions, such as departure types (class 1, class 2, etc.), and minimum stay-up weights for MOCA; view pilot records; print various reports; edit rig positions and instantly, new rig plates can be printed.
