How It Works
Software as a Service — no software, no hardware
Our service is provided via a secure connection through the Internet. If you do not have
a stable Internet connection, or if you prefer an additional redundancy, services are also
provided via a local server at your base or head office. Your local server and your
central server are always in sync so that if you made a change at the base, the pilot in
the field will see the change instantly.
Completely turnkey - we handle it all
We worry about the nuts and bolts so you don't have to. Instead of buying software and
hardware and dealing with infrastructure and maintenance, installation, software and
upgrades, backups, we do it all for you.
Safe and stable way of doing business
Using Software-as-a-Service is fast becoming an industry standard. With companies such as Cisco®, Google®, IBM®, Microsoft® and Amazon® already heavily involved, you know you're in in good company.

The Benefits
There's nothing new about buying services and paying monthly. Much as you do for your utilities or mobile phone, paying monthly is a natural and comfortable way to do business.
-
Better cash flow
Particularly in these capital-constrained times, avoiding taking on debt and keeping cash in the company longer is important. Instead of paying up front for development, hardware, software and consultants, you pay a low monthly fee based on the number of aircraft.
-
Lower financial risk
You can terminate at any time. Compare that to on-premise solutions that force you to spend money up front for hardware and software. Don't risk it.
-
Healthier return on assets
Monthly payments are an operating expense that can be scaled up to meet rising business needs or turned off if the need evaporates. Plus, your cost is incurred in the same period that the value is delivered. And finally, your balance sheet doesn't carry an ever depreciating capital asset that ends up lowering your return on assets.
-
Accelerate project roll outs
You can have any 40 Square system up and running in a few minutes. This compares to months or years for in-house solutions.
-
Outsource non-core competencies
We worry about the nuts and bolts so you don't have to. Free your staff to focus on things that drive your business.
